Service Description
GetBuildLeads LLC provides weekly roofing permit intelligence reports delivered by email. Reports are compiled from publicly available permit data and are intended for lead generation by solar installation companies.
Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed at $75/month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. There are no refunds for partial billing periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
Accuracy of Data
Permit data is sourced from public records. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Reports are provided for informational purposes only. GetBuildLeads LLC is not responsible for business decisions made based on report content.
Acceptable Use
Reports are licensed for use by your company only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense report content. Use of the service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
GetBuildLeads LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
